ABOUT OUR MALTA PAYROLL SERVICE
OUR PAYROLL SERVICES PACKAGE PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING :
- Application of PE number for organisations and individuals who
wish to employ employees. - Monthly payroll calculation.
- Calculation of monthly employment tax and Social Security Fees (NI),
both for the employee and the employer. - Accurate calculation of payroll for new Employees (employed mid-year)
and terminated employees. - Monthly preparation of the FS5.
- Monthly leave updates .
- Monthly distribution of Payslips to employees .
- Payment of Net Salaries to employees using our clients account.
- Payment and submission of Monthly FS5 using our clients account.
- Yearly electronic preparation and submission of the employee’s FS3 and the employer’s FS7’s
to the Inland Revenue Department. - Submission of forms to Jobsplus for all new and terminated employees .
- Submission of FS4 for new employees and FS3 for terminated employees to the Inland Revenue Department.
- Application of National Insurance and tax numbers for EU employees. (optional if required)

ADD+ is headed by Anton Azzopardi and Stephan Strijbosch. Both are fully qualified accountants, members of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and with years of experience in the field.
Pia Azzopardijoined ADD+ in September 2014 after gaining extensive experience in human resources and payroll at a reputable industry leader in Malta, where she rolled out new payroll systems and conducted payroll training on multiple platforms. Pia was promoted to Operations Manager, where she has taken over the leadership of the payroll department and outsourcing services line that are responsible for our local and international client base. She also oversees all payroll operations and provides implements new payroll procedures and training.
